Pirouz (Jay) Pour's story

The Start

Jay started HomeOne out of a great history of working years in the residential real estate market while also successfully creating several projects as a builder/developer.

He and his wife, an attorney he met who was representing the other side of a transaction, began to travel and fell in love with Texas. They purchased a home in Cinco Ranch where they are raising their two young sons in the great Katy schools.

Now, with over 15 million dollars under development in various stages in the Houston and Austin areas, Jay and the Home One team are making the vision of a successful real estate and development company a reality here in Texas.

The aim he has set forth is to provide the highest level of service to clients by using his God-given talents, work ethic, and experience he has gathered over the years.
